We built our second home with Urbanity Custom because we wanted to build our dream home. Working with Urbanity was a great experience for us, there was no complicated process to make changes along the way and we got to see our house built every step of the way. Although building a home can be a very stressful ordeal, the owners of Urbanity made sure all the little details were taken care so you could enjoy the experience of building a new home. We wanted an energy efficient home that used low VOC materials and had a hard time finding a builder that provided that. Urbanity Custom Homes provided both and with the help of their interior design we got a beautiful home as well.

Our first house together was custom built by Urbanity Homes. When we sat down with Roy, the process was simple and pleasant. Most of the time, you hear stories about people's issues with their builder, and how disappointed they were; NOT with Urbanity. We were incredibly impressed with the level of customer service and how we were always up to date with the project. Still, to this day, I can call on Roy, and he is willing to do whatever needs to be done for us.
